Juanda Marshall

Los Angeles Music Teacher, Clinician and Consultant

Juanda Marshall, a National Board Certified Teacher, fell in love with singing at an early age. She earned a Bachelor of Music with a major in Voice and Music Education. She also holds an Master's of Arts degree in Elementary Education.

Ms. Marshall began her career teaching middle school and elementary school vocal music. She eventually worked in the entertainment industry as a singer, actress, vocal coach, music director, and as a member of several vocal groups including the world renowned Albert McNeil Jubilee Singers of Los Angeles and the Grammy nominated Los Angeles Jazz Choir.

During the time Ms. Marshall has worked as a music teacher, she has served as a peer coach and has written curriculum for her district and helped to publish online integrated lessons.

Her passion for music education has led her to develop and present many music workshops for teachers, administrators, parents and students. Juanda has been a clinician for several organizations including: The Kodály Association of Southern California (KASC), The Organization of Kodály Educators (OAKE), and The Los Angeles Philharmonic.
